This innovative concept was conceived by the owner, Donielle, who originally created the character "The Quarterling" for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. The enchanting narrative of her character's retirement from adventuring to establish a tavern that was a safe space for all that entered inspired Donielle to bring this unique vision to life through a mobile food truck.
